Sector 150 prices are due for a correction
₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 150 feels steep, honestly. We need to upgrade for the kids, and my wife's priority is a good school and a safe neighborhood. I'm seeing prices just keep climbing, especially with all the Jewar Airport talk. Is this current price rise sustainable, or are we heading for a correction soon? I'm worried about buying at the peak. Projects like Godrej and ATS in Sector 150 or even Noida Extension seem really high now. Should I wait? What do people think about price correction predictions for these areas, or even the Yamuna Expressway micro-markets? I'm trying to figure out which areas will give maximum appreciation in the next 2-3 years while being good for family living. Any thoughts on whether prices are inflated?
