Is Sector 150 current pricing actually justified, yaar? I'm looking at my first 2BHK there, budget around ₹80L-₹90L. Parents bol rahe hain wait karo, prices bohot upar hain. But then Jewar Airport ka bhi hype hai. Not sure if it's the right time to buy for good resale value later. Kya market abhi peak pe hai?

Yaar, I completely agree. ₹80L-₹90L for a 2BHK in Sector 150 seems insane right now. Mera budget bhi similar hai but jo rates chal rahe hain, lagta hai overvalued hai. Builders ne rates itne badha diye hain pichle 6-8 mahine mein, samajh hi nahi aa raha kya karein.
