Sector 150 projects have surprising hidden costs

Sector 150 — things nobody tells you before moving in. Finally got possession of my 3BHK at Godrej Nest last month. We were looking at ATS and Gaursons projects too, but Godrej ka brand value sahi laga. Honestly, construction quality mein thoda issues hain, like minor plaster cracks already dikh rahe hain, aur bathroom fittings bhi utne solid nahi lag rahe. But the biggest shocker was at possession. So many hidden charges! Registry ke alawa PLC, IDC, maintenance deposit sab ek saath maang liya. Nobody told us about these extra lakhs. Ab society maintenance bhi high lag raha hai. Kya other Godrej projects mein bhi similar experience hai, ya bas humare saath hi hua? I'm wondering if ATS ya Gaursons better hote is mamle mein.
