Sector 150 projects: My quality dilemma

Since last year I've been eyeing flats in Sector 150. Comparing ATS and Godrej, I'm worried about actual construction quality and delivery timelines. ATS projects seem to have quicker possession, but what about finishing? Godrej feels premium, but are they always on time? Any real experiences with either builder?
