Sector 150 site visit: RERA & title real talk

Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 150, especially CRC Group projects. I work in real estate but buying for myself hits different, yaar. As an investor, RERA compliance and title verification are super critical. Log bolte hain RERA complaints slow hain. Is it effective ya bas on paper? What red flags should one really look for beyond just the RERA number?
