Sector 151, Noida Extension: Good for Investment?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 151, Noida Extension. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the property prices there? Are they expected to rise? I've heard connectivity is good, with the metro nearby. Is that true? Also, how's the social infrastructure? Like, are there good schools and hospitals nearby? Mujhe advice chahiye on whether it's a good time to buy now, or should I wait? Which one is better, investing here or in a more developed sector? What do you think about future development plans in this area? Has anyone experienced waterlogging problems there? Any suggestions?
