Sector 151 Noida: Investing there? Good idea?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 151, Noida. What do you think about the location and connectivity? Is it well-connected to the metro and other parts of Noida? Mujhe advice chahiye. Kya kisi ko pata hai about the future development plans in that area? I heard there's a lot of development happening. Also, what about safety and security? Is it a safe place to live? Has anyone experienced any issues there? What's the general vibe like? I'm looking for something peaceful. Which one is better, Sector 150 or 151 for investment? Any suggestions would be great!
