Sector 151 mein property rates kaise hain? Are prices expected to rise? What about rental yield? Is it a good investment now? Also, connectivity kaisi hai? Metro station se doori kitni hai? Has anyone experienced waterlogging issues during the rains? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
