Sector 151 mein property rates already high hai, isn't it? I'm seeing 12-15k per sqft. Is it justified considering it's still developing? Metro connectivity toh door hai, though I heard buses are frequent. I'm thinking long-term investment, but ROI dikh nahi raha. Schools and hospitals bhi thoda door hai abhi. Anyone living there currently? What's the real deal with daily life and the community feel? Heard some builders are better than others there… any recommendations or warnings?
