Sector 151's property prices are just not making sense.

I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Builders like Godrej Properties quote insane prices, then add PLC, parking, IFMS. Yeh sab hidden costs kya hain? Is this normal for Sector 151? Not sure if this jump is worth it, already have a home loan. Kya yehi reality hai?
