Sector 152 - is the hype actually real?

Been seriously considering Sector 152, Noida for a 3BHK upgrade. My wife's priority is a safe area for the children. I'm torn between Godrej Palm Retreat and ATS Pious Hideaways. Palm Retreat seems to have better amenities, especially for kids, and I've heard positive things about Godrej. ATS is tempting because it *looks* more premium. But honestly not sure about the actual livability. Anyone living there currently? What's the real story on water supply and power cuts? And is it really as green and peaceful as they claim? I'm also thinking about resale value down the line. Which project do you think is a safer bet? What does the community think?
