Sector 152 Noida: Good Investment or Overhyped?

I'm thinking of investing in Sector 152, Noida, because of all the green space they're promising. What do you think about the actual infrastructure there right now? Has anyone experienced issues with water or electricity? Also, I'm curious about the connectivity. Is it really that far from everything? I heard the metro's a bit of a distance. Which is better for long-term ROI: a plot or an apartment in 152? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the builder reputation in that sector? Mujhe advice chahiye on whether it's worth the investment right now. Thanks!
