Guys, Sector 152 Noida mein property dekh raha hu. Itna green area hai, but is it worth investing? Connectivity kaisi hai, especially metro se? I heard it's far from the main city. Kya aap logon ko pata hai nearby schools aur hospitals kaise hain? My budget is around 1.5 Cr. Is it a good time to buy now, or should I wait? Property prices badh rahe hain ya stable hain? Investment potential kya hai? Has anyone experienced living there? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one is better, ready-to-move or under construction? Kya resale options available hai? So confused!
