Sector 152 Noida: Investment sahi rahega?

Guys, I'm based in Dubai. Thinking of investing in Sector 152, Noida. Property prices thoda high lag rahe hain, is it worth it? Has anyone experienced the actual daily commute? Metro connectivity kaisi hai? Kya rent easily mil jayega? Also, what about safety, especially at night? I can't visit for site inspection, so need your honest opinions. Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. Will need a property manager too.
