Honestly, all of Noida has air quality issues. But 152 might be slightly better due to less congestion compared to older sectors.

Noida extension mein bhi same haal hai. Builder promised a lot, delivered very little.

Some projects are offering possession, but with incomplete amenities. Be careful!

Green cover is definitely a marketing ploy. But the proximity to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway is a plus point. Easy connectivity.
Connectivity is good, but social infrastructure is lacking. Schools, hospitals… sab door hai.

I booked a flat in 152 two years ago. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Now saying 'material shortage'. Koi aur bhi same boat mein hai?
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago with a different builder in Sector 75. They keep giving excuses.

Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. 152 mein kya rate chal raha hai?
Depends on the builder and project, U9. But expect around 6.5k-7.5k. Negotiate hard!
