Sector 152's 'green' reputation — is it actually true?

Moving from a bada house in Delhi to something manageable in Noida. Kids have moved out, don't need so much space anymore. Sector 152 seems nice, planned and all. I'm torn between two options: Godrej Palm Retreat and ATS Pious Hideaways. Godrej claims more 'green' space, but ATS looks better built, matlab solid. My main concern is actually living there. Is it really as peaceful as they say? Or is it just marketing? How's the water situation, especially during summers? And what about stray dogs – it's a big problem in many Noida sectors.
