Sector 153 Noida Extension: Investment Sahi Hai?

Hey guys, finally fed up of renting. 10 saal rent waste kiya. Socha Sector 153 mein invest karu. Property prices are decent, but are they justified? Metro connectivity toh door hai abhi. Daily commute ka kya scene hai? Has anyone actually lived there? Investment potential kya hai in 3-5 years? Appreciation hoga ya nahi? Koi experience share karo bhai. Mujhe advice chahiye yaar.
