Sector 154 buyers, what's the real story?

Sector 154, Noida Extension seems affordable, but is it worth it long-term? Metro connectivity ka kya scene hai, realistically? I work in real estate but buying for myself is different. Heard the water supply is still a problem. Anyone living there facing regular tanker issues? Also, resale value after 5 years – any idea? Not sure if it's a good investment or just cheap for a reason. Any insights appreciated!
