EMI vs rent math makes no sense anymore, I'm fed up of renting. Landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge and looking at Sector 155, Greater Noida. People say it's an SEZ area. Kya lagta hai, iska investment potential kaisa hai 3-5 saal mein? Will prices appreciate well with all the upcoming development? Sunne mein aa raha hai kuch naya aa raha hai udhar. What kind of rental demand can one expect? Any hidden issues for future appreciation? Not sure if it's the right move, but I need to buy.

Totally feel you yaar! EMI vs rent is a nightmare, it's a never-ending cycle. Sector 155 does look promising, especially with all the SEZ talk. I've heard about some big companies setting up offices there. It definitely feels like the next growth corridor after Alpha I and Alpha II.
Haan bilkul! My broker bhi bol raha tha ki connectivity wise it's improving. FNG Expressway se close hai, and the upcoming Jewar Airport will boost demand further. But price point kya
