₹6500 per sqft ke hisab se rate bata rahe hain. Sector 155 mein plot lena sahi hai ya flat? I'm confused. It's near the industrial area, toh rental demand toh rahegi, I guess? But my parents keep saying resale value ka kya scene hai. Honestly not sure about future appreciation. Metro connectivity toh achi hai, that's one plus point. Daily commute kaafi easy ho jayega, office ke liye. But is it worth investing here considering it's mostly SEZ? Koi rehta bhi hai waha? Any real residents out there? Ab samajh nahi aa raha kya karu. Should I explore other sectors?

Sector 155? Thoda industrial belt mein hai, true. Rental demand toh rahegi, especially for bachelor types working in those factories. But resale value... hmm, that's a gamble. Parents are right to be concerned. I'd say explore Sector 150 or 143B before you commit. Better residential vibe.
