Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 155, Noida Extension. Budget thoda tight hai, so it seems like a good option. Kya aap logon ko pata hai wahan ke property prices kaise hain? I've heard connectivity is improving with the metro, but what's the real situation on the ground? Also, what about the schools and hospitals nearby? Has anyone experienced living there? What's the overall environment like? Is it safe for families? Mujhe advice chahiye. Is it worth investing now, or should I wait? What do you think about the future development plans in that area?
