Sector 155 Noida Extension – is it all hype?

Sector 155, Noida Extension keeps popping up. I'm based in Dubai and can't easily visit, so relying on you guys. I booked a flat in Godrej Woods, supposed to be delivered last year. Still waiting! Apparently, there are constant power cuts, and the builder isn't providing proper DG backup as promised. It's affecting residents already living there, I heard. Is this normal? Maintenance charges seem high for the facilities actually available. I'm worried about renting it out later – will tenants even put up with this? Need to find a reliable property manager, but honestly not sure if it's worth the hassle with all these issues. Anyone else facing similar problems with Godrej or in Sector 155 in general?
