Sector 155 Noida: Investment sahi hai kya?

Just moved to 155. Connectivity is okayish, metro is far. Investment potential? Not sure yaar. Prices are high, bhai. Anyone else feels like it's overrated? I'm thinking resale might be tough later. What do you think? Is it worth it? Change my mind!
