Sector 155 or Greater Noida? Totally lost, need advice!

Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent *again*. Finally taking the plunge, but Noida vs Greater Noida is killing me. Everyone glorifies the 'future potential' of Greater Noida, but nobody talks about the commute. Sector 155 seems safer, closer to everything, but is the appreciation potential lower? My budget is around 80L, looking at Galaxy Group projects. Honestly not sure if the slightly lower prices in Greater Noida are worth the hassle. Is it worth sacrificing convenience for a (maybe) bigger ROI? Change my mind. What are the real rental yields like in both areas? Disagree? Tell me why.
