Sector 156: Is it worth the hype?

Sector 156 Noida Extension mein site visit kiya last week. Need at least a 3BHK, and prices are def reasonable compared to Noida. But are the schools nearby good enough for my kids’ admission? My wife's priority is safety. Heard mixed reviews about water supply and power cuts. Any residents living there? What’s the real deal? Investment potential sahi hai ya phir overrated?
