Sector 156: Is it worth the hype?

Did a site visit to a project in Sector 156 last week. Honestly, I'm confused. Everyone says it's the next big thing because of all the industrial development around. But the traffic situation... OMG! Peak hours mein toh aisa lagta hai jaise kahi pahuch hi nahi paoge. My office is in Gurgaon, and I'm worried about the daily commute. Is the metro connectivity really as good as they claim? Also, the property prices seem a bit high considering the current infrastructure. My parents keep saying ki investment potential toh hai, but ab samajh nahi aa raha if it's a good time to buy or not. Anyone living there currently, what's your experience with the daily commute and traffic? Should I consider something closer to the metro?
