Sector 156 Noida Extension: Is it livable now?

Okay I'll be honest, I'm fed up of renting and finally taking the plunge. Landlord raised rent *again*. Sector 156 seems affordable, but is it actually livable *now*? I'm worried about the daily commute. How bad is the traffic really? Also, what's the water situation like? Heard some areas rely heavily on tankers. Is it worth buying here if basic amenities are still a struggle? Has anyone else faced this?
