Sector 156 Noida: Good Investment or Not?

I'm thinking of investing in Sector 156, Noida. What do you think about the investment potential there? I've heard it's growing because of the industrial sector. Has anyone experienced good ROI in that area recently? Also, what about the connectivity? I'm mainly concerned about the metro. Is it easily accessible from most parts of 156? Which one is better for long-term investment: residential or commercial properties in Sector 156? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about future development plans in that sector? Mujhe advice chahiye regarding property prices. Are they expected to appreciate further? Not sure if it's the right time to buy. Any suggestions?
