Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 156, Noida. What's your take on the investment potential there? I heard it's growing fast. Also, kya kisi ko pata hai connectivity kaisi hai? Metro toh door hai, right? Is it worth investing now, or should I wait? Mujhe advice chahiye about property prices and future appreciation. Thanks!
