Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 156, Noida. What do you think about the investment potential? Kya rates future mein badhenge? Also, what's the connectivity like? Metro station se kitni doori hai? Has anyone experienced any waterlogging issues during the monsoon? Mujhe advice chahiye on whether it's a good time to buy property there.
