Sector 157: Commute reality vs green vibe?

Been looking for 8 months now and it's getting exhausting. Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. Thinking about Sector 157, Greater Noida. Metro connectivity wahan kaisi hai, yaar? Matlab, daily commute mein kitna time lagta hai office tak? Aur shaam ko traffic ka kya haal rehta hai? Is it too industrial, or are there decent parks and green spaces for families? Not sure agar ye area sahi hai for long-term living. Koi experience share karo please.
