Sector 157 — thought I cracked the best deal last year, Prithvi Associates ka 3BHK liya tha. Just moved in last month, but ab lag raha hai maybe I should've explored secondary market more. Mera budget ₹1.8 Cr tak tha, aur builder ne initially ₹1.7 Cr bola. Negotiation karke ₹1.65 Cr pe final hua. But yaar, fir stamp duty, registration, parking, aur PLC milake total ₹1.9 Cr cross kar gaya. Ye hidden costs toh koi batata hi nahi. Is it easier to negotiate a better total package on resale properties? Like, can you really get a better deal in secondary market, avoiding these surprise charges? I'm wondering if I paid too much.
