Sector 157 Noida Extension - Worth the Premium?

Hey guys, I'm currently in a 2BHK near Pari Chowk. Thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe even a villa in Sector 157, Noida Extension. Has anyone experienced the actual daily commute to Delhi from there? Is it a traffic nightmare? Also, property prices seem high. Do you think it's justified, or is there room for negotiation? Already have a home loan, so is the price jump worth it, ya think?
