Sector 157: SEZ or family paradise? Confused!

Since January I've been scouting Sector 157. Need at least a 3BHK, safe for the children is my wife's priority. Schools nearby are important. Heard the water supply is kinda iffy though? Anyone facing regular tanker issues? Also, how bad is the traffic getting to the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway during peak hours? Honestly not sure if it's worth the premium. Any insights?
