Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 158. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or even a small villa. The prices here, around ₹1.2 Cr for a good 3BHK, seem a bit high for an outer expansion sector, ya know? Are these prices justified, or is it just Jewar Airport hype? I'm wondering about the actual investment potential here. Kya 3-5 saal mein decent appreciation mil jayegi? And what about the resale market? If I ever need to sell, will it be easy or will I be stuck? Community, what's your take on Sector 158's long-term value?
