Honestly, I'm completely overwhelmed by property hunting in Noida, especially Sector 159. I visited Godrej and ACE projects there; 2BHKs are around ₹78L-₹85L. Is this justified for an area still developing? Builder ka track record bhi important hai. My parents say it's a good investment for 3-5 years, with Jewar Airport infra. But will appreciation be quick? What's the real ground reality for Sector 159? Is rental demand strong, ya fir it's too early for end-users?

Totally agree, prices are insane for Sector 159. ₹78-85L for a 2BHK in an undeveloped area feels like a stretch. Builder ka track record bhi check karna padega, especially for Godrej or ACE. Are they delivering on time in other projects, ya sirf promises hain?
