Sector 16 Noida: Good for Investment or Living?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 16, Noida. What do you think about the area? I'm mainly considering it for its location and connectivity. Metro station toh paas mein hai, but what about traffic during peak hours? Has anyone experienced bad traffic? Also, what's the rental yield like in Sector 16? Is it worth buying for investment purposes? I’ve heard mixed reviews about the safety and security. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about the crime rate there? Which one is better, buying a flat or investing in commercial property in Sector 16? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
