Mujhe pata hai ki Film City paas mein hai, so rental income kaisi rahegi? Kya kisi ne yaha recently invest kiya hai? What's your experience? Rental yields kitni expect kar sakte hain? Also, connectivity kaisi hai? Metro station se doori kitni hai? I'm looking for a 2BHK. Kya rates reasonable hai? Mujhe advice chahiye. Is it worth investing here compared to other sectors in Noida?
