I'm thinking of investing in Sector 16, Noida. Kya aap logon ko pata hai about property appreciation there? I've heard it's a good commercial hub. What do you think about the rental yields in Sector 16? Is it worth buying property for rental income? Also, how's the connectivity to Delhi from there? Metro station toh nazdeek hai, right?
