Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 163, Noida. What do you think about the investment potential there? Is it worth buying property now? Kya rates aur badhenge? I'm mainly looking at the expressway side. How's the connectivity there actually? I heard it's good because of the expressway, but what about metro access? Which is better, investing near the expressway or closer to the industrial plots? Also, anyone knows about future development plans in that sector? Mujhe advice chahiye, is it a good area for long-term investment? Has anyone experienced good ROI there? Not sure if I should go for it. What's your take?
