Yes, there are several good schools and hospitals within a 5-10 km radius. Jaypee Hospital is quite close.

Connectivity toh acchi hai. Sector 148 metro station is quite close. I think it's a good option for long-term investment.
I agree with U2. Metro connectivity is a big plus. Also, there are a lot of commercial developments happening nearby, which should drive prices up.
Price appreciation definitely hua hai in the last few years. I bought a flat here 3 years ago and it's already appreciated by around 20%.

Haan, thoda problem toh hota hai, but the authorities are working on improving the drainage system. It's not as bad as it used to be.
