Is anyone else living in Sector 164? I'm looking at a 3BHK there. My wife's priority is a safe area for the children. Heard mixed reviews about the maintenance. Are the high maintenance charges justified, ya phir overrated? Also, how are the schools nearby? Need good school for kids' admission. Any insights on daily life there? Vote below if you think it's worth it, or not!

Maintenance charges are high everywhere due to rising operational costs. Labour, electricity, security...sab mehenga ho gaya hai.
One thing to consider is the water supply. I heard some societies in Sector 164 are facing water shortage issues during the summer months. Check with current residents before you book.
Sector 164 is good for connectivity, especially with the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway. But traffic can be a pain during peak hours.
Possession mila kya aapko? Some projects are still delayed in that area. Check the builder's track record carefully. Many projects are stuck because of funding issues.
Haan, this is important. RERA website pe jao and check the project's status. Don't just trust what the builder says.
I think it depends on your budget. Sector 150 has better schools and amenities, but it's also more expensive. Sector 164 is a good compromise, especially if you're looking for a spacious 3BHK.
Don't forget to factor in the cost of commuting. Sector 164 is a bit far from the main city center. Petrol prices are soaring!
My friend lives there. He says the maintenance is high but the facilities are well-maintained. Plus, the green spaces are a big plus, especially with kids. He pays around 4rs per sqft.
I bought a flat in Sector 164 two years ago. Initially, the maintenance was okay, but now they keep increasing it for every small thing. And the builder is not responsive to complaints.
Same here! Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. Builder is unresponsive after possession. Check RERA registration properly before investing.
Don't just look at the maintenance charges now, ask about the escalation clause. They can increase it later on! Read the fine print carefully.
Sector 164 is definitely up and coming. Safety is good compared to some other sectors, but maintenance charges are a killer. Which project are you looking at? That makes a big difference.
Overrated, I tell you! Maintenance is just a way for builders to make extra money. Schools are decent, but nothing extraordinary. DPS is a bit far. Check out Amity Global School, that's closer.
Amity Global is good, but getting admission is tough. Very competitive. Plus, transportation costs add up.
Bhai, maintenance charges are high everywhere in Noida these days. It's the new normal. But safety for family is important, so weigh your options. I think Sector 164 is worth it *if* you negotiate hard with the builder.
Which project are you considering? Some projects have inflated maintenance costs because of unnecessary amenities. Pools, clubhouses... who uses them regularly?
Haan yaar, builders are just fleecing us. Maintenance should be reasonable and transparent.
Exactly! I saw one society charging for a bowling alley! Who even wants that?
