Sector 164 mein investment karna sahi rahega kya?

I'm based in Dubai and thinking of investing in Noida Sector 164. Heard it's an SEZ, so rental demand should be good, right? Kya pata hai tenant profile kaisi hai wahan? Mostly young professionals ya families? Also, power cuts ka scene kya hai? I can't do a site inspection myself, so need real info. And resale value ka kya scene hai if I need to sell later? Need a property manager also, so is it easy to find one?
