Sector 164 needs better connectivity, period.

Visited a site in 164 last week. So many projects coming up. Has anyone timed the actual commute to, say, Sector 18 during peak hours? I'm hearing mixed reviews. Also, what's the real deal with water supply? Reliance is building like crazy but is there enough for everyone? Should I be worried?
