Hey everyone, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 164, Noida. What's your take on the property prices there? Are they likely to appreciate soon? Also, how's the connectivity to other parts of Noida? I've heard it's an industrial area, so is it a good place to live with family? What about safety and security? Any opinions or experiences would be great! Thanks!
