Sector 164 Noida: Investment potential kya hai?

Sector 164 mein property rates kaise hain? I'm thinking of investing there. Connectivity kaisi hai, especially metro se? Future development plans ke bare mein kya pata hai aap logon ko? Is it a good area for long-term investment or should I consider other sectors? Mujhe advice chahiye, please!
