Guys, I'm thinking of investing in Sector 164, Noida. It seems like a good location, but I'm not sure about the future ROI. Kya aap logon ko pata hai ki property prices wahan badh rahe hain ya nahi? I heard it's an industrial area, so is it a good place to live with family? Has anyone experienced living there? Also, how's the connectivity to other parts of Noida? Which one is better for investment, residential or commercial properties in Sector 164? Mujhe advice chahiye! What do you think about the infrastructure development there?
