Sector 164 residents — what's your water situation?

Just moved into my new flat in Sector 164, possession was in March. One thing nobody told me: the water supply issues! Municipal water is unpredictable. I'm considering a borewell vs. relying on expensive tanker walas. Anyone else facing this? What's your experience with borewells here – reliable or not worth it? Also, how much are you paying for tanker water, if you use it? Waterlogging during monsoon is also a big concern. Suna hai drainage itna sahi nahi hai. Should I invest in a good water filter now itself? What does the community think?
