Sector 164, two months in: some unexpected things

Sector 164 keeps popping up, so I finally bought here. Just moved in two months ago. Honestly, the power cuts are way more frequent than I expected. Like, almost daily for an hour or two. Is this normal? The builder promised DG backup, but it kicks in late sometimes. Also, the traffic during peak hours is a total nightmare. Takes me almost 45 mins to get to the Noida Expressway. People said it's an industrial area so traffic is less – total lie! Anyone else facing similar issues? Thinking if I made the right call. What about resale value in a few years with this traffic situation? Should I have considered Sector 150 instead?
