Hey everyone, I'm thinking of investing in property in Sector 165, Noida. Mujhe thoda confusion hai. It's an SEZ area, right? So, what's the investment potential there? Kya aap logon ko pata hai future development plans kya hain? Will property prices appreciate significantly in the next 5-10 years? I'm looking for something with good ROI. Also, connectivity kaisi hai? I heard the metro isn't that close. Is it a pain to commute to other parts of Noida or Delhi? Has anyone experienced traffic issues while travelling from Sector 165? Which one is better for travelling - personal vehicle or public transport? Finally, how safe is it to live there? Kya gated communities available hain?
